Every engagement ring on this page is one of our own Iconic Collection settings, made to order at our bench on Far West Boulevard in Austin. Each comes in 14K yellow, white or rose gold or platinum, and most are cut to hold a round, oval, cushion, emerald or pear center stone. How to Choose an Engagement Ring Setting

Start with the setting style. Solitaires like the TIA and the AUSTIN put the whole budget into the diamond. Halo engagement rings like the VIV, LYDIA and ELLA circle the center stone with smaller diamonds, so it reads larger and throws more sparkle. The ANNETTE splits the difference with a hidden halo tucked under the stone.

Then pick the diamond shape: round, oval, cushion, emerald or pear. Already have a diamond? The AUSTIN, ANNETTE and ELLA are also sold as settings only, for a stone you already own.

Natural or Lab Grown?

Every setting here takes either. A lab grown center stone often costs 80 to 90 percent less than a comparable natural one, so the same budget buys a noticeably bigger diamond. A natural diamond is rarer and keeps more of its value. Our GIA-certified staff will put both in front of you so you can see the difference, or the lack of one, for yourself. How much does an engagement ring cost?

The setting and the center stone are priced separately, and the stone is usually most of the total. Choosing lab grown instead of natural, or a slightly smaller carat weight, changes the price far more than the setting does. Call (512) 794-1911 or come in with a budget in mind, and we'll show you what it buys in both natural and lab grown. Financing is available.

Can I see these engagement rings in person in Austin?

Yes. Our showroom is at 3818 Far West Boulevard, Suite 102, in Northwest Hills just off MoPac, with free parking outside. Walk-ins are welcome Wednesday to Friday 11am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm. For an engagement ring consultation, book ahead so a designer can set aside time and have stones ready to compare.

Can I change the metal or the diamond shape?

Yes. Each setting is made to order in 14K yellow, white or rose gold or platinum, and most are cut for a round, oval, cushion, emerald or pear stone. If you want something outside those options, we'll design it with you as a custom ring.

What happens after I buy?

Every ring is backed by The CALVIN'S Promise: complimentary cleaning, polishing and inspection for as long as you own it. Sizing and repairs are done here in Austin, not mailed out of state.
