We searched everywhere, and it was so sad to lose something so sentimental. My husband had originally worked with Amanda when he purchased the ring, so of course we reached out to her for help.
What could have been a really overwhelming and stressful situation turned into such a positive experience. They were incredibly flexible with booking appointments/follow ups/final pickup. They were phenomenal! Very thorough in explaining all the important things to know when purchasing a diamond; which was helpful for me as a first time buyer. I felt like she genuinely cared about what we were looking for and she did not disappoint. My fiancé is thrilled with her ring! We had to come back to get the final sizing done and it was completed in a couple hours. I can't recommend this place enough!
